Triple Point adds four new team members to property development finance team

Triple Point has expanded its property development finance team with a series of senior appointments, strengthening both its origination and portfolio management capabilities.

The hires form part of a wider investment in the team and follow the previously announced appointments of Victoria Baily as head of property portfolio and Phil Bird as head of origination.

Within origination, Richard Nowell (pictured above, left) joins as an origination director, bringing more than 30 years’ experience in residential development finance from RBS and Secure Trust Bank, where he was a founding member of its real estate finance division.

Michael Thompson (pictured above, right) also joins as an origination director, with senior real estate experience from Falco Capital, Barclays and Lloyds Bank, spanning senior, mezzanine and equity financing across multiple asset classes.

Jason Maher joins as associate director from Hampshire Trust Bank, bringing over 35 years’ experience across property and real estate finance.

Alastair Partridge joins as portfolio manager from Shawbrook Bank, with 30 years’ experience across development finance, real estate investment finance and business banking.

Sean Brophy, CCO of private credit at Triple Point, said: “These appointments reflect a deliberate investment in capability, not just headcount, at a key point in the cycle where experience, judgement and relationships are crucial.

“By adding depth across both origination and portfolio management, we are enhancing our ability to support developers consistently and building a stronger platform positioned for long-term growth.”
